P700 dry fire switch problem

Post by Jordan1s »

Hello,

Recently I have been having some trouble with my FWB P700. It live fires just fine, but whenever I try to dry fire it, the switch jumps back and discharges some air, instead of getting that normal "click". I have a vid. here if this helps.

Any help would be appreciated!

That's because the area that's suppose to stop the "firing sequence" (the dry firing switch) isn't strong enough and wears down over time. It happened to me after 19h of dry firing. Replace it and you'll be fine.
Or unscrew the tube and dry fire without air pressure.
