Hello,
I found these AP training targets online.
http://www.kruger-us-targets.com/index. ... -3039.html
Is there any recommended way to train with these? Any literature out there to explain how to use these?
My son is just starting out in AP and I would like to help him.
I shoot conventional pistol so I have some knowledge, but this is the first time I have seen these targets.
Thanks.
Stephen

We used the vertical line and horizontal line targets as Air Pistol training exercises.
We started with dry firing at a plain wall with no target. The idea is to maintain a correct sight picture during trigger pull. The absence of a target allowed the shooter to concentrate solely on the sight picture.
We then shot at a horizontal line target. The idea being maintaining vertical hold and sight alignment while pulling the trigger.
Next we shot at a vertical line target to maintain side to side hold and maintain sight alignment while pulling the trigger.
The final exercise is to put all of the elements together and shoot at regulation targets.
