46M trigger weight adjust?

I don't have a scale to measure trigger weight and I'd like to know, on the Izzy 46M, if you turn the trigger weight screw say one half revolution, about how much does that increase trigger weight?

Todd, A full tin of pellets is about 280 grams (tape two or more together and increase in 280 gram stages).

I just went from about 560 grams (2 tins) to about 840 rams (3 tins), and if I remember right it was less than 1/4 turn.

What he said. I used a bent coat hangar taped to two tins of pellets.

Don't worry about what a screw turn is "worth"; it will change with time and temperature. Just be able to lift the pellets.

If you had done a Search you would have found this information.

Thanks, I've been working on the triggering technique (with very promising results) described by JP O'Connor in his article "not shooting not tens" on our hosts "On the firing line" series. My pistol was recently serviced by Air Venturi and they set the trigger weight just above the minimum/standard 500grams. I wanted a bit more resistance and turned the screw 1/2 turn (6 o'clock to 12 o'clock, moving clockwise), this was too much so I back it off to about the 10 o'clock mark (so, 1/3 of a full revolution). This, for now seems perfect. I know I'm safely over the minimum 500grams, I just had no idea if I increased the weight 25 grams or 250.
FWIW, the technique Mr O'Connor teaches seems to give me a much smoother release and better "feel" for what I'm really doing when I release a shot, not to mention better accuracy. Using this technique has really underscored how much more important a smooth trigger release is for a good shot than "perfect" aim or hold. I knew this, or at least I'd read it, but this technique just seems to "prove" it to myself. I can feel it and see the results.
