Anschutz model 1912 stock question

Post by Dante221 »

Hello All
Does the stock design of the Anschutz model 1912 preclude it's use in any
NRA or International matches? How about if the butt hook is replaced with a
rubber stock butt?
Thanks for your patience!

For the international rules a 1912 should be compliant with all rules (including IRR 3.2 which limits you to 6.5kg (14 pounds and some change))

For conventional rules a 1912 would not and could not be made to be compliant with rule 3.4 "Junior Rifle" even if you removed the butt-hook the stock still has a thumbhole.

Hello 'Dude
Thanks for the info. I'm over 60 so "Junior" sure doesn't
apply to me!!!
