FWB AW 93 front sight question

Post by Hitgirl »

Hey Sharp shooters

I'm sighting in a FWB AW 93 and have the sights cranked down to the lowest possible position. I have had 2 other shooters to include myself and all three of us are printing at the top of the 25 yard precision bull. We are all using a center hold. Does anyone know a fix for this... other than the advice to use a 6 oclock hold. Has anyone else experienced this and if so, how did u fix it?

Yes. measure your front sight post and then order a taller one.

From what I've heard if you want to shoot centre hold the factory foresight of the AW93 will not work.

Does the factory even make a taller front sight? And if so, is it available in the US? If not, where is a good place to order it in Europe?

I used fwb 93 in rapid fire two last years and had no problems with center hold.

I have owned three AW93's over the years and have never had trouble sighting at POA?
Another easier solution is to make up a shim to place under the sight.
