Champion Olympic shooting glasses?

Post by IPshooter »

Usually, shooting glass companies offer two different size lens holders - one for rifle and one for pistol. Apparently, this lens holder comes in three sizes.

Does anyone have a recommendation on the best size for a pistol shooter?

TIA

Size Lens

Both Knobloch and Varga offer 37 mm for pistol. I purchased Knobloch glasses years ago and I hardly ever need more than just the center of the lens.

I would go with the 32mm lens size from Champion if I were you. It would take up less room.

Just my 2 cents worth

Since many add an iris to their glasses it really wouldn't make any difference what size the lens is, though a larger lens gives you more eye protection.

42 mm works for me.
