Adapter so I can use 18mm front sights on a 22mm screw?

Is there such a thing? And is it advisable?

check okweber.com At one time I think I saw some kind of weird adaptor to use 18mm iris's on 22mm sights tunnels.

Check the Gehmann on line shooting equipment catalogue, they do a 22-mm to 18-mm adaptor.
