Here the reply from wolff spring, for sure i'll mail the dimension as they are very gentle but they didn't have stock items as you wrote...

""Thank you for writing and for your inquiry. Sorry but we do not have any springs for the Izh 35 pistol at all and we do not have any immediate plans to make replacement springs About all I can offer is to conduct an inventory database search for similar springs. I’ll need the OD, wire size or spring ID, the number of coils and the overall length of the existing spring you’re looking to replace.""

Wax can build up inside the front of the magazine and drag on the bullets.

The magazine can sit too low in the gun, I made a new magazine catch for mine which lifted it 'to where it should be'.

Another Thought

Post by montster »

At one time my almost perfect IZH immediately started having issues feeding. Final resolution was what I thought was a little bit of leading in the chamber. Turns out it was a lot of leading in the chambers. I was regularly using a 25 caliber brush to clean the chamber and pulling patches with a snake. However this was not doing the job and an even lead coating was all around the chamber. Chamber became tighter over time and feeding problems started.

Switched from cci std velocity to aquila after this at the advice of another shooter with the same pistol. 8 months later and a few thousand rounds and no sign of any lead in the chamber.

Might be worth a look.

As test, attending the new spring replacement:
I stretched the magazine's spring, twice and half the magazine lenght, to obtain more power, and definitely pistol doesn't jam anymore. Spring were soften by use, now they are a lot harder.
But, i try also to make a new magazine catch; i noticed a little play of the magazine, but i cannot disassemble the damned bastard pin that pick in place the catch on the frame, it's around 2,2mm pin, and it's rock solid with the frame.
Where is the trick?
Thanks,
LukeP.

The pin is near impossible to remove. My IZH allows the magazines to move when inserted. I believe the pistol is engineered in this manner.
