The rules haven't changed in the 13 days since you asked virtually the same question in an earlier thread.

The answer, unless it (unusually) breaks one of the specification rules, is still yes.

Google is your friend. ISSF's official web site and rule book are also your friends. TargetTalk's archive could also come to be your new, very close best friend but it could turn into a troublesome triangular relationship with Google, or the best time of your life.
