Help needed with shooting underwear

I have been thinking about buying Sauer technical top and pants plus AHG shooting vest with long sleeves. Is this combination suitable for ISSF competitions? Is sizing of these products normal or should I take size up or down from normal?

The Anschutz sweater (long sleeve) is sized correctly (for me), I am large in normal clothing and the sweater size L fits well. It has also held up well. Don't own that brand of underwear, so I can't comment on overall thickness or sizing/fit.
