You can see the difference between the 9003 and the 8002 from the Anschutz catalogue
8002 and the 9003 have the same action and trigger. The stocks are different. The 8002 and 9003 came in a standard first edition, then the regulator was improved, and those are the S2 models.
The 2002 CA was a compressed air rifle with the 5108 trigger found in the match 22s. There was also a SSP 2002.
I had versions of the 2002 and 9003, and the 9003 has a higher shot count and a slightly better trigger. If you don't want the precise stock, I would get the 8002 over the 9003 for cost. I am thrilled with my 9003 Precise, but it was pretty pricey.
