Where can i find set of Post inserts for my m18 globe sight

I'm looking for a set of "post" inserts for my steyr's front sight. It takes both Old style Anschutz two tab steel inserts, or M18 acrylics. I do not have a membership here so I could not post this on the trader section. the Lee shaver only have one post and it's too "thin"

Metal post inserts were available in different widths to fit the 18-mm Anschutz tunnel.
