Long story short: expat Biathlete working in Brussels wanting to do some shooting.
No joy so far from google other than legal 22 shooting sounds like a colossal PITA. Would quite be happy to shoot an air rifle like a FWB P75/Haenel B96/Steyr LGB 1 at an indoor range.
Anyone local know how feasible this is? Or where I should go? I haven't found a single indoor range in Brussels. There has to be something.

Can't help you directly, but when ever I traveled and wanted to shoot I would go through the National Governing Body and they would give me contacts for local clubs where I was traveling. Always had great success, hope this helps. It's great meeting people from other place and when you havevat least one thing in common makes meetingnthem all that much easier.
Shooting in Brussels
There are quite a lot of small ranges in and around Brussels. Mostly pistol clubs. It depends what you favor.
There is 'La Défense' along the canal in Brussels, next to the 'Marché Matinal'
All gun calibers are accepted, minimum shooting distance is 15 m, maximum 25 m. They have also a rapid fire equipment and a air pistol range. The club is run by former police officers and is actually a part of the Brussels Police Sport association. For more details look at www.ladefense.eu.
Another club is Arkebuze in Vilvoorde, just north of Brussels It is a small club, but very welcoming. You can check for more details on 'www.arkebuze.be'
Hoping to have been of some help and looking forward to meet you there.
