Any advice on which stand will work best when shooting off from a table? I want to be able to stay in position and look through the scope so I probably need to change to a 45 degree angled scope (and advice there is welcomed- I guess long eye relief would be best. ). Currently using a tripod and the legs keep it too far away for me to look through scope without having to lean over a lot. Would one that has a base to sit on the floor with a pole placed at the edge of the table work best or something that actually sits on the table? I would think whatever shooters use in prone position would work the same for me on a table.
As far as actual spotting scopes with 45 degree angle goes, are there any with a long eye relief for $250 or less?

Scope Stand
Some bench rest shooters use a scope stand that clamps to the table. This might work for you.
