Hmmmm? Strange? Walther/Umarex now own Hammerli, they are not short of cash so why sell tools, and on a gun flea bay site? They are also currently building versions of older Hammerli models than the 240.
Even if its genuine Walther would still own the manufacturing rights?

Those tools never went to Walther. Lenzburg was shut down and sold off before Walther / Umarex came in, they got only the tools and machines for the pistols in production at Hammerli. There are tons of spare parts and tools around that came out of Lenzburg before the transaction. Besides, the P240 is a SIG, not a Hammerli, so the stuff would have belonged to SIG Neuhausen, anyway, even it it was produced in Lenzburg.
