FWB C10

Post by joe87 »

Is the value system for the C10 like that of Model 2? The reason I'm asking is to find out whether I can use a FWB Model 2 cylinder on my C10. Thanks for the response.

Send an e-mail to FWB. They'll tell you authoritatively.

Yes you can use a model 2 cylinder on the C10, C20.

The difference is that the model 2 uses the valve in the cylinder, to meter out the gas for each shot, whereas the C10/20 uses a valve built into the pistol itself, when you screw the cylinder in it holds the cylinder valve open and just lets the gas go through to the one in the pistol (does that make sense). For this reason, you can just hand tighten cylinders onto the Model 2 but must wrench tighten the C10/20 or they will leak.
