Today we got a begging letter from the USOC asking for money. I would really rather direct my money to the US shooting team's Olympic efforts instead of tossing it into the big pot. How do I do that?
USA Shooting created a 501(c) foundation to accept exactly this sort of donation - see http://www.usashootingfoundation.org. There is an option to donate online or mail a donation to their offices in Colorado Springs.
