Walther GSP - sight adjustments

I am shooting a Walther GSP and am wondering how many clicks do I need to adjust to go from one ring to the next. I am going to try it my self but to be honest I am not that great of a shot yet and would like a guide line to go by.

In the side direction 1 click = 5mm
Up/Down 1 click = 7mm
