Heba, there is a shaft which the trigger pivots around on the older models this was just a plain shaft on newer models they have put a sealed bearing on either end of the shaft.
If you go to the web site you can see the large circular object on the frame above the trigger in photo's of the new LP10.

Deactivate absorber?

It just deactivates it for the current shot.
When you recock, the absorber is cocked again too.
