Might be an excellent set-up to illegalize even airguns altogether. Which is the main idea behind it.

Next month, Sony release their motion controller called Move for the PS3 console.

This uses a combination of sensors in the Move "wand" plus the camera tracking of a lit sphere at the end. The claim is sub mm accuracy. The guy who designed it mounted it on a tripod to demonstrate that the slight tremor of the pointer was due to his holding it. 10m is acceptable distance.

Mount that on an air pistol, will be cheaper than 600 Euros.

If anyone has a list of all companies that are involved in this fiasco so we can vote with our wallets that would be appreciated.

Please remember that this has got absolutely nothing to do with the ISSF.
But by 2014 it will!
