Ejection probs w/Clark bbl

[TAJ45]

Bought this used, replaced a 5.5 on my Model 41 with it and have seen some very interesting failure to ejects.

The most unique for me after shooting BE heavily in the 70's and now again the last 2 years is where the empty has stuck itself on the extractor, head on. Usually have to pry it off...............?????

I'm shooting CCI SV and it was flawless using the Smith factory 5.5.

I have never heard of this or seen it before.............anyone??

Interesting....
I heard once, a long time ago, that S&W had several (2 or 3) different slides to "center" properly on the barrel bore. I've never heard it before or since, so I can't verify it.

Why not e-mail or call Clark? Or you could snoop around the "extractor adjust" section here:
