Is anyone handy to Fort Benning and able to give us an "on the ground" update on how the Spring Selection match is going?
The 3x40 results are up on the USA Shooting website at http://www.usashooting.org/downloads/RE ... 202010.xls and Matt Emmons topped Niccolo Campriani of Italy by one point to win with a smoking 2353x143. And I have to wave the Maple Leaf and congratulate Greg Sych on his 2327x90 and 7th place -- go Canucks!
I checked the weather forecast for today and they're calling for a high of 33 C / 91 F with a humidex topping 40 C! It's raining and only 7 C / 45 F here right now in NW Ontario....

I haven't found one, which is too bad because they're shooting really well right now.
Matt Emmons fired a 600+104.4 yesterday to take the lead in prone and hung on today with a 596+104.7 to stay 2.3 points ahead of Eric Uptagrafft. The cut score for finals yesterday was a 595 but today it was a 596.
And all this before the world cup starts on the weekend. . . .
