my qustion is how can I Joined to olympic rifle 50 meters Competitions in US or any Country for open Competitions ?

Most National Federation competitions are 'open':
1/ enter
2/ arrange transport (a/ avoid transit through Singapore if possible, and b/ make sure you book with an airline that will carry firearms)
3/ arrange accommodation
4/ arrange import (and re-export) of gun/s and ammunition - most NFs will assist with this
5/ arrange for any needed licensing in the host country - again, most NFs will assist with this
6/ comply with the host's firearms regulations and rules
7/ attend and enjoy

ISSF supervised competitions (e.g. World Cups) are different - entries are only available through your NF

So, as you mentioned that I can share in the competition personaly with no need of my country national team.
Also, please provide me with the competitions schedule dates & locations. And all instructions for registration.

You don't ask for much do you. It really depends where you want to shoot. Look up their national association and do some searching on their competitions etc.
