Britarms 2000 thoughts

Post by customs954 »

I am looking at purchasing a Britarms 2000. It belonged to a member of our club who sadly passed away over Christmas. Mike was a great guy, who I think owned one of every significant target gun made since 1960. He had a little fired Britarms which I like the feel of, similar to my FAS and 208 for pointability. Anyone recommend best ammo for this gun. I find my FAS likes RWS but not others. I heard the Britarms were a bit sensative. I believe parts are available from UK(Mr. Westlake) If someone could verify this would be nice. Any special parts one should be looking at to use this gun as a shooter for awhile? Comments appreciated

Parts may be available, not sure if it will be indefinitely.
