Morini CM 22M RF

Post by Joddi »

Good afternoon fellow shooters, here is my first post:
I'm about to order a CM 22M RF. One thing is not clear to me: are there two types of the RF model? ALU version and a steel version? I have seen the gun described weighing as low as 750 g and up to 1.060 g. Can anyone inform me please?
Best regards form Iceland, Joddi

As far as I can tell the two models differ by approx 200g in weight. The STEEL trigger mechanism w/o magazine will go 1080g. Both slides are alloy. Not sure if Morini means steel alloy or aluminum alloy??

When I acquired my CM22RF, about a year ago, aluminum was the only way the RF was available. I believe this is still the case. Mine came with the three 40 gr. steel weights. You can add quite a bit of muzzle weight. (120 gr.)
