Extensive dryfiring LP50 with dryfire magazine...safe?

Post by melchloboo »

I am planning to dryfire my LP50 with the orange dryfire magazine with the scatt...is doing so extensively safe for the gun? Just seems much easier than cocking each time. Thanks.

I, too, would be interested to hear what others have to say about this. I can't imagine it would do any harm, but you never know...........?

I'll be doing it with scatt in a few weeks. PM in a month or two and I'll give you my thoughts/results.

Unless they've changed the software since I last used it, remember that you can't use Scatt to simulate the 20 or 10 second parts of the Standard Pistol match.

You need to reset the system by coming off aim enough for the sensor to stop registering before coming back on aim.

(If they've altered the software then please ignore this post.)
