anschutz model 64
Is it possible to install a two-stage trigger on a Savage-Anschutz Model 64? Ihave a two-stage on my AR-15 match rifle and would like to put a similar setup on my winter practice rifle. Thanks in advance for any advise
My 64MSR has a nice factory 2 stage.
I am not an expert on the 64 actions, and there may be variations like the 54 actions. But there is a replacement available, and again I don't know if it is a universal to all 64 actions. The host of this web site may have them, so please check with them. CC also catalogs a 2 stage 64 trigger.

Wow, I guess the key would be if there is a difference between the Anschutz match 64 and the Savage-Anschutz Match 64.
If there is no difference then according to the anschutz catalog, you would need the 5098, 5103, or 5104 triggers for two 2 stage triggers. The difference between the triggers are the pull weight adjustments.
The 5098 is factory adjusted to 230g
The 5103 is factory adjusted to 1500g
The 5104 is factory adjusted to 550g
The main thing you need to find out is if the savage anschutz match 64 is the same as an anschutz match 64.
Hope this helps,
Gene
