I'd be interested in program nr 3, with all the help I can get.;)
I cant find that option on the subsciption form of the postal matches however. Anyone knows how it works? Do they have email?
Postal matches sound like thé solution for me.
Only downside is, they all shoot in the same class..

I know, but there's only óne thats also gets you coaching, NASSA.
The postals are 40shot matches. Here, thats for females, males usually do 60 shots, because they're stronger.
So, as a female, in a 40shot competition I dó have a disadvantage.
Also, I'm just beginning, only been shooting 1handed about 5 weeks.
I dont mind competition, but it should be fair competition.
Here, the postals are divided in classes: male, female, jr, ánd subdivided in scoreclasses, B and A, and topclass. As a beginner, I'd be in B, so wouldnt be really fair to have to shoot against topclass guys..

More matches
Here are a couple of postal matches you might consider:

Those look like fun matches but why would you want to shoot 60 shots in 60 minutes? That seems, at least to me, like a very rushed match and I am not sure I see the value add in terms of transferring that experience to an actual match where (at least I do) you take 95-100 minutes.
Another source for postal matches are the ones run by Target Shooting Canada. The link is:

Click on the menu item 11th down on the left hand side (TSC Postal Match) and enter your information. Results are posted at the end of the month.

Just to get your head in the right place...
I must suffer the indignity of having my butt kicked by my friend Brenda Shinn, who shoots a sixty shot match for the fun of it and to make me feel bad.
BUT....she doesn't beat me. I do that to myself.
You can only do your best. Your standing will be high or low, but you have no control over that. There is always someone better.
Keep practicing and you'll keep improving and start leaving the competition behind.
It never ends, but it's just a game.
