Gehmann cylindrical lens system

If it just has coloured filters its OK, but if there are any optical lenses that magnify or aid poor eye sight then it is illegal under the ISSF rules.
All corrective optical lenses must be worn by the shooter and are not allowed on the rifle's sights.
Perhaps some body could high light the rule from the ISSF?

Here's some more info from Gehmann's website concerning this new device:
''Our cylindrical lens system is able to compensate astigmatism and to balance size and optical axis of the eye. In combination with our magnifying diopter (-4.5dpt to 4.5dpt) for spherical disorders our product is now able to replace a shooting frame completely.''
From what I understand, it would not be legal to use it in ISSF competitions, right ?
