Anschutz 2001 Super Air Seals?

All-

I recently purchased a used 2001 SSP. I was told it was in 100% condition, which its not! I do not know how old the seals are but am wondering if they need to be replaced. I noticed that some of the pellets are tearing the paper and not cutting holes in the target. Also, I can feel some air escaping from the top of the chamber if I put my hand on top of the chamber when fired. Where is the best place to have the seals done? And how much can I expect to pay?
