The ejector on my CM22 failed only once and it was due to my fault. Found out that if magazine is pushed all the way up the top of the magazine will contact the ejector. Check the micro switch on top of the trigger module and make sure is in pushed position when trigger is at rest. Switch should move to the extended position only when the trigger is pulled.
