Just a clarification there are no licenses for fully automatic firearms unless a state license is required (in the US). You have to pay a transfer tax, whihc is a pretty invasive procedure but technically it's a tax, not a license. As to Beeman, I was just kidding... Not quite. Unlike you (and the G...

What's Beeman? i'm talking about the listed FPS in my FWB manual. Beeman advertized the FWB300S velocity at 640 fps with a footnote these velocities were achieved with either Beeman Laser (very light 6.5 g) or Beeman Silver Bear (light 7.1 g) pellets (see Beeman Catelog #22 @ page 52). Ah, must admi...

Re: Jim E
I think my FWB 300 listed 640 at the FPS. [ quote="Jim E"]Following the development of the wadcutter .177 pellet in the 1950's, testing determined the ideal velocity, i.e. consistent stability leading to maximum accuracy, was around 575 fps. As these are single purpose airguns - punch a ho...

Is there a limit on the FPE or FPS of match air rifles used in ISSF or NRA competition?

NRA Score reporting forms where to download?
for sanctioned NRA competitions?
I had a link a while ago and I lost it.
This would be the one where you list the shooters and the scores, and mail in the money, all for national ranking.

Re: geco pellets and jsb schack
If they are accurate in your gun, then they might be worth a try. If they are not, who cares how much or how little they cost, they are worthless. So the suggestion is...buy some, try them, and if they work...run with it. If they don't....look for something else. Somewhat along those lines: http://w...

It may be the best thing so of you have ever used, and I'm glad for you. For us it was quite the opposite. In my world for work, a guy sends in a $20K machine gun that he needs work done on, you do the best work and send it back as close to new as possible and as reliable as possible. Time, sweat, k...

Re: p70 alu vs p700 alu
It's newer, new materiels and alloys for the stock, adjustable grip, and did I mention it's newer?
Anonymous wrote:i have no experince with either so my question is what is the difference between the two? Other than the adjustable grip on the p700 what makes the p700 cost more than the p70.
thanks

Re: Need advice on buying 22 pistols for a gun club
Some more thoughts. Although many have given you interesting advice, much of it does not meet your criteria. Don't want a gun that's not ammo fussy. Then don't by the Sig. Want a gun that's robust and can be used buy everyone, don't buy a real target pistol. Right handed is BAD news, match triggers,...

RSS feed?
Forget it...just figured out there was an rss feed. Since this is a phpBB based forum have you guys included rss feeds? A user asked about it on my forum and I had no real clue how to do it but the RSS feed for phpBB is REALLY easy to do, it's just copying two files. Thoughts about having it? It rea...

All of ours came with sling mounts, check the box...sometimes they slide off.
FastBoneDoc wrote:I just picked up my CM2.
I noticed it did not come with a sling 'mount' for the front rail. Is this an optional item? It did come with a sling.
Also, do you have a diagram as to how the sling is installed and used?

Re: fwb 300s
They are certainly that good, the only issue is that there are newer guns that are better. FOr starters it's a great gun, and more so it is a CLASSIC gun. I have about 6 different versions and all have a very special place in my heart. For a "wayback" moment... check ou the "MiniSnipi...
