IZH-35m
I spoke with EAA yesterday. They are trying to get more IZH-35m's. They haven't had a shipment of them since March 2004. I was told they are hoping some will be in the shipment expected in a month or so. Jeff

Rapid Fire Training.
I understand why you would like a trainer for rapid fire, as I had the same idea. But after spending a week at the OTC in Colorado and talking with Sergey Luzov, a trainer is a limited usefulness/waste of time for rapid fire, except maybe for the first shot to see your rise. The reason is because mu...

Rapid Fire matches
Thanks for the post. I have been looking for UIT matches nearby. I'm in Los Angeles. The only other matches I have seen except for Black Mountain matches at Prado has been in Arizona. (by the way, is Prado as a site gone, due to flooding?) Also, if you are shooting Rapid Fire, any thought to also sh...

Hammerli 102
I think the important thing is that you get what you like, as opposed to what everybody else says you should have. Pretty much any of the Free Postols would work. And you are getting the Hammerli at a price that is about the lowest the gun is going to go - it will always be worth something as a high...

Hammerli 102
Just a thought - I just bought a "new" TOZ-35 from Larrys Guns for $995 which included new Rink grips to fit me. I'm told the TOZ is a Russian version of a Hammerli 100 series. I'm guessing the Hammerli won't be a whole lot cheaper than this, particularily if you factor in the cost of grip...

Small charge weights for RCBS Little Dandy
Thank you for the info. I just found out last night that RCBS makes a 00 and 0 bushing to throw the smaller weights. My Little Dandy powder measure was bought about 15 years ago, and the bushing chart with it only went down to #1. There was no 00 and 0 back then. It says number 00 will throw 1.7 gr ...

Small powder charge weight for 32 S&W Long
I was wondering what equipment to use to get the small powder charges for 32 S&W Long. I read that Don Nygord used 1.7 gr of W231, and other powders use similar amounts of powder. I have a RCBS Little Dandy powder measure that uses replaceable bushings for each charge weight, and the smallest on...
