New scope won't zero
I recently purchased a new leupold 6.5-20 efr to use for indoor and outdoor matches. It is an awesome scope, however I cannot get enough elevation adjustment to zero it. I'm shooting the bottom bull when aiming at the top sighter of a USA-50 target. It's mounted on a 1813 with tip off rings and a 69...
