I don't know about that...the Turkish shooter, Yusuf Dikec, is making 10m AP look cool, for once!

Re: Free Pistols are still being made .. ?
The development around this is really strange. People always talk about how FP died when it was dropped from the Olympics. Really? That was relevant for 100 people globally that were competing for the 30 or so spots every four years. Why would that cause it to die out at the amateur level? For that...

Re: 32 ACP - "Flash in the Pan"?
"What I'd like to see is someone build a .32acp blowback conversion for a 1911...sort of like a Nelson or Marvel conversion. The magazines could be based on Nighthawk Custom's .30 super carry mags (hopefully someone starts copying them, since Nighthawk wants a ton of money for them)." Per...

Re: 32 ACP - "Flash in the Pan"?
I think it can be effective, but I think Pardini's approach is compromised. I'm guessing they just take their regular .32swl barrel blanks and run a .32acp chamber reamer through them, resulting in a larger than normal bore. What I'd like to see is someone build a .32acp blowback conversion for a 19...

Has anybody tried hardchroming the gun to counter the softness of the metal? If so, how effective was it?

Thanks! Might be a little too far, but maybe I can make it.
Any others?

That just seems to point out all gun shops...it doesn't seem to distinguish. Thanks though.

Stores selling ISSF 10m AP and pistol gear in Germany?
I might have the opportunity to visit Germany for work in the near future. Can anyone recommend any stores to visit that might sell ISSF 10m air pistols and/or other ISSF pistol accessories?
Especially looking for places around the Stuttgart, Mannheim, and/or Frankfurt areas.

Re: ISSF Ammunition Rules
9mm is not the most common ISSF centrefire cartridge though is it? Here someone shooting ISSF centrefire with a 9mm is pretty well exclusively someone abusing the system to get his hands on a weapon he wouldn't otherwise be able to have. I'm not interested in facilitating these scumbags, or having ...

Re: ISSF Ammunition Rules
Geez, a guy in a country that already has some of the most restrictive gun laws in the world wants to find a way to interpret the rules to discourage other would-be competitors from using the most common centerfire pistol cartridge on Earth...unbelievable.

Re: Cross-dominant grips work better?
I'm *not* cross-dominant, but I use the 7-degree grips because I have short fingers. Plus, I like the benefit of having extra material that I can reduce...looks much better than having to build up the area with putty.

Need Izh-46M Trigger Info
I need some help from someone with an Izh-46M and a set of calipers. Would you please measure the dimensions of the track that the trigger slides on? I need to know the width and height of the track.

I have Gun and Trophy (https://www.gunandtrophy.com/). Fortunately, I haven't had to use it, but many folks on trapshooting and shotgun shooting forums with high dollar shotguns have had to make claims and have reported excellent results.

Re: If I read correctly H.R.1808 The Assault Weapons Ban, also makes many Standard/Sport Target Pistols Illegal
Definition V appears to exclude all the sport pistols I know of, as does VII. Definition VI excludes all ISSF match-legal sport pistols which can weigh no more than 49.4± oz. It appears that the law was much more narrowly drafted than the 1994 law with respect to our pistols. You're reading that wr...

Re: Walther blue angel or Steyr Evo?
Do you particularly large or small hands? That may be something to consider when deciding on an air pistol. For example, I have short, stubby fingers, it can be an uncomfortably long reach to the trigger on some guns; some guns will work if I remove a lot of wood from the rear of the grip. Have you ...
