This is kind of a backwards take on things, or at least IMHO, a wrong-headed approach. If you get a surge of shooters wanting to shoot rapid fire, the answer isn't to turn them away, but rather to expand the shooting facilities. That doesn't sound like an ISSF problem. That sounds like a People's Republic of Australia government problem. I know what Alex's reasoning could be. Quick'n'Crash video game
It's a neat game, but I think it's closer to IPSC stuff, since it's based on time. So what are your fastest times?
