Re: Hammerli Xesse
The trailside must be a little different because there is no torx screw on the Xesse.

Hammerli Xesse
I have a Hammerli Xesse with some problems. With SK Std+ I am getting occasional stove pipes and also having slide stay open after the 4th shot leaving one shot left. I have thorougly cleaned the gun and diassemble all the magazine and cleaned them. I even tried the slightly higher velocity CCI SV w...

Re: .22 Conversion for the .32 ACP Pardini
Seems to me that you would have to buy 2 of those scope rails at $225 each plus the conversion. Starting to get close enough that I would be better off buying the whole pistol!

Went to Larry's, but don't see the mount you are talking about. Can you send a link? Thanks.

.22 Conversion for the .32 ACP Pardini
I have a .32 ACP Pardini and was thinking about buying the .22 conversion. My big question is to those that do this: When changing from one to the other in a match do you feel that your scope settings translate over from one to the other? I know you probably have to have a cheat sheet for your scope...

Re: Starline .32 acp brass
I shot off some of the Starline I just loaded and than ran them through the tumbler. On the second loading the problem seems to have gone away. Will know for sure when I load more that had been fired once.

Re: Starline .32 acp brass
It will be interesting to see on the second loading of the brass if the problem goes away.

Starline .32 acp brass
Finally loading some of my new .32 acp Starline Brass. Using Dillon 550 with Redding dies and Hornady 60 gr XTP. Upon crimping the brass the die not only comes off it hard, but shaves a micro thin edge of brass off the top of the case. The crimp still measures the .330 crimp I am looking for and cor...

Re: Brass cleaning and lead exposure
Don't smoke. I shoot bullseye pistol and rimfire benchrest competitively. Run a cabinet shop and spray my own finishes which are lead free.

Re: Brass cleaning and lead exposure
I do not shoot indoors. I use gloves when reloading, but just had another blood test that came in at 15.6. Only thing I might need to change is to tumble outside instead of in my garage. Will wet help, I don't know.

Brass cleaning and lead exposure
Anyone have first hand evidence in the way of a blood test that might show wet tumbling to be safer than dry tumbling cleaning? Meaning a drop in lead levels after switching to wet cleaning. Thanks.

Re: Loading 32acp
I had a problem loading the Remington brass using the Redding sizing die (on my Dillon 550). The Hornady 60 gr XTP bullet could be pushed into the case even after taper crimping. Could not figure out what was wrong until I noticed that once fired Hornady factory brass worked fine. Remington brass ha...

Re: Loose Hornady XTP .32 acp 60 gr
Loaded 150 rounds of .32 acp Hornady XTP 60 Gr in once fired Hornady Brass and a special Hornady Brass labeled "Frontier". Again I am using the Redding sizing die same as I did with the once fired Remington brass. Not one single loose bullet! Unless the Hornady sizing die I have on order w...

Re: Loose Hornady XTP .32 acp 60 gr
Just curious what sizing dies people are using that may reduce the size of Remington brass a little. My Redding sizing die will not allow the Hornady XTP .32 acp 60 gr to work even after just one firing in my Pardini .32 acp. I have ordered a Hornady sizing die to see if that works better.

Re: Loose Hornady XTP .32 acp 60 gr
I found after playing around it the Remington brass that is the problem. The factory Hornady brass does not have that problem when reloading it. Hope Starline decides to make a run.

Loose Hornady XTP .32 acp 60 gr
I am using a Dillon 550 with Redding dies. Suddenly, I am having loose bullets almost every couple loads, but not all. My OAL .894 and my crimp is .330. Using Remington Brass. All bullets are measuring .3125. Outside case diameter after sizing is .332. Inside case diameter is .3115. Case wall thickn...

Re: Air Pistol Grips
Thanks for all the ideas. Fung and Horton do not make grips for any air pistols. Will just have to get friends that have different models, let me grab their grips to see if any are more comfortable than others.

Air Pistol Grips
I am new to air pistol, but have one important question: Do any of the air pistols that have their own air tanks come with any grip other than the extreme international angle grips? I have a fused wrist and cannot use that style grip, but was able to get a Horton grip for my Pardini HP .32 with the ...

Re: Pardini HP .32 acp stovepipe
Update: Changed the magazine springs to the .22 springs. It works. Only 1 stovepipe in 80 shots. May also do the other fix recommended. Still not comfortable reporting results on my loads as I am getting larger groups than others are reporting for both the Hornady 60 with 1.8 of V310 and 2.3 of Tite...
