Re: Does Morini Still Make The Factory LP10 Grip?
The grip sizes do vary by manufacturer. My hand is also 100mm, and the Steyr grip on my LP10E is a medium. The same grip from Rink is a large.

Re: Importing Grips from the EU to the USA
I've purchased several grips from Nill Grips and Rink Grips in Germany and imported them into Canada. No problems whatsoever.

Re: Free pistol match ammo
After testing the usual high end brands, Eley, Lapua etc. in my TOZ35 I was a bit surprised that Winchester T22 was the most accurate.
Go figure.
Unfortunately that particular brand is not available in Canada right now.
Have to go back to using Eley...

Re: One Spot For Pardini Info
The problem as I see it is the federal police force (RCMP) wants to disarm us. We do not have a 2nd Amendment. According to the RCMP's website the definition of a prohibited handgun is: a handgun that • has a barrel equal to or less than 105 mm in length, or • is designed or adapted to discharge a 2...

Re: One Spot For Pardini Info
I had been following the discussions regarding the accuracy of the Pardini .32 ACP and was prepared to buy one. However, the Canadian dealer informed me the .32 ACP calibre is prohibited in Canada. He was unable to register the .32 ACP version so he can't sell them. Anyone want to buy a brand new se...

Re: calling on all : walther SSP owners
I've had zero issues with my SSP. I love the factory grip so much I almost didn't get the Rink. It aims beautifully.
I shoot whatever ammo is available in Canada right now, mostly Eley.
You won't find too many replies because the Pardinis have taken over this aspect of the sport as well.

Eley Test Centers
Does anyone know if the Eley Test Centers in the UK and/or Germany will sell their ammunition to foreign shooters, i.e. Canadians? The Test Center in Texas will not.

Re: Noptel Trainer vs. New Scatt Trainer
My Scatt MX-02 came with a thin steel band that mounts around the air cylinder. Fully adjustable and slips between the barrel shroud and air cylinder on my LP10. The sensor mounts vertically below the air cylinder. The steel band does not fit my TOZ 35. I ordered the barrel insert mount because ther...

Re: Getting Back Into It ... can one mail order gunpowder?
Interesting...
Here in Canada we can't find any pistol powder either. Or if it does show up it's sold out in minutes.
We thought the shooters in the United States were buying all that was available, but obviously that is not the case.
So where is it...?
BTW Merry Christmas and Seasons Greetings!

Is there such a thing? I've searched multiple manufacturers and can't find one.
Is it possible to move the controls to the right side of the frame in a safe manner?
Just curious. A fellow shooter now shoots AP and wants to try FP as well.

1911 Recoil Springs
This question is coming from a fairly new 1911 shooter so please don't laugh too hard... :) How do you tell recoil springs apart, i.e. if I took all of my Wolff recoil springs out of their carefully labelled plastic packaging and laid them side by side how do you tell them apart? Length? Is there a ...

There is also a powder shortage in Canada
We haven't seen any Alliant powder in over a year. I've run out of Bullseye and have been using VV N310.
The rumour in Canada was that all the powder was being bought in the US so there was none left to ship to us.

BE Powder
All Alliant powders are virtually non-existent in Canada, I've been told by several dealers minimal amounts were shipped in 2013.
I've found good results with VV N340.

Shooting Lane Dividers
Our club has plexiglass dividers between shooting lanes. The problem with these is that hot brass .22 casings are bouncing off the plexiglass and into unexpected places, if you know what I mean. And they're hot! Anybody have any ideas on what material is best for dividers to decrease or eliminate bo...

I have one. It is very accurate. I mounted a Hawke RD25 red dot scope on it for Bullseye shooting.
I would recommend adding the barrel weight. Muzzle flip is reduced significantly.

I agree with tirpassion's comment. Are we going to be supported in the future for warranty and replacement parts?
I suspect parts will no longer be manufactured by Walther.
