Hello, Actually I would have purchased an LP50E because of the trigger on the LP50, I am not saying it's a bad trigger, but as mentioned here it is what you compare it to, when I am paying that much I will spend a little more to get the top of the line. Unfortunatly Steyr had issues with the electro...

Hello, Can a person change the barrel and shroud assembly on the LP10. This would mean that a change from short to long would only be a purchase of a barrel and schroud. I have heard someone guess the shroud cost around $200. I know for a Dan Wesson 8" compensated barrel & shroud it was abo...

Hi, I agree with shaky hands and I think the best route is to get a Pardini or something similiar. I have a Mark II government target model and it is fun. I have shot my dad's high standards and they are amazingly accurate. However I crave the most accurate firearms available and if you feel like I ...

Hi, I too prefer the twin springs of the older generation powder measure, I think I just bent the tab straight, installed the two springs and it worked. It is a wise idea to visually check the powder in each case before seating the bullet, its actually easy to do. I do not let powder in my powder me...

Totally off-topic - Manuela is a SHE ;-) --> Thank You for the clarification. I was really hoping Steyr would have been able to find a solution to the troubles with the electronic triggers, I would have bought a LP50E. Good Luck to everyone with the electronic triggers. Have a Good Day, XPshooter

Hi, Here is the information I was thinking about: This is an e-mail reply sent from Manuela from steyr back in July 2011 to answer a few questions I asked at that time. The only changes I made was to X out my name. ____________________________________________________ Dear Mr. XXXXX, Yes the LP50E ha...

Congratulations upon your purchase. I would be interested as to you opinions upon the trigger and how much room there is for improvment with the electronic trigger.

Unfortunatly I think I will continue the wait for the electronic version.

Hi investorsc, Thanks for the update, I was actually going to ask if I could get a LP50E with a manual trigger installed and then whan they figure the electronics out I would buy the electronic trigger. The Steyr videos do not make it look that complicated to change the trigger. The reason I would h...

Hi, I can see your concern, but with any optic you will have to adjust position compared to using the iron sights and the $25 mount is much cheaper than another $3000 air pistol. I do not think I am anywhere good enough to notice a difference in this aspect. I wish I was. However you did make me rea...
