Well, I don't claim to have all the answers but the way that I know how to get on the U.S Junior Team includes the following: 1. Shoot a Junior Olympic qualifier in your state. In order to get invited you need to, A: win the state championship AND achieve the min qualifying score. Or B: get invited ...

I agree, take away the spotting scope "what you don't know cant hurt you". Another thing to try, is change where his last shot is. For example if he shoots top to bottom on the last column, shoot bottom to top. I have tried this without much success but I know other shooters who swear by it.

Try some swimming. It helps you get in great physical shape which in turn helps you be able to lower your heart rate when shooting and will greatly improve your scores. I have been swimming for about a year and a half and since then my scores have gone up about 30 points in a small bore full coarse.

Olympic Trial Qualifying Score.

Does anyone know the 2012 Olympic trial's qualifying score for men's Air rifle and men's 3 position? Or if there is one? And if there isn't how you qualify for it?

Thanks

I would say 550's. After you can hit this number you should consider a sight extension.

I use tennis racket grip tape on my cheekpiece, that seems to work very well.
