I didn't get one. Must have not finished high enough. If they are making an effort, it's a weak one.

Re: Sight setup for 50m prone

Good info from Tim.
Try different setups till you find the one that works for you but 4.0 front and 1.2 rear are good starting points.

Re: Shooting glasses/frames

Check out the MEC Glas. With that system you can have one set of frames and a different lens holder for each position. Very simple change but you need a separate lens for each position. MEC also less expensive than Champion and better.

Re: KK500 - its advantages incl. different versions?

Can any one answer these questions about the KK500, please? 1. What is the advantage of the Anatomic stock and why does it cost considerably more than the Alutec (though, for some reason, not nearly as much more as the KK300 Anatomic costs compared to its own aluminium alternative)? 2. What are the...

Re: Buy a tuner or not?

Looking for advice from people who use tuners. I've attached two targets I shot yesterday at 100 yards, Lapua Midas +. Looking at the group size do you think I'd benefit from using a Starik tube? thanks Bryan Bryan, YES, get a Guy Starik tuner. I shoot Lapua also and I have center X and Midas+ that...

Try to get Target Scan to score a tight 5X clean bull on a 50yd/ meter target. I have and it will not score correctly. It give a 30-3x score every time.

Fred,
The NRA and Bristol have a contract but it contains an opt out option for both parties. If used it must be done by Jan. 1st of each year. This is from the club rep.

Thanks Matt. That is a good idea to use offset riser blocks and I will try it. I only shoot prone so once I get it setup I am good.

MEC Mark I SB stock

Does anyone have experience with the MEC Mark I SB stock? How much right hand offset, right hand shooter, is the stock capable of ? In other words, can you move the inside of the cheek piece to the right enough to line up with the firing pin? Any other comments would be welcomed.
