Mini-Palma

Hello, I was wondering why the NRA dropped the Mini-Palma match. Reading over the rules, this looks to be a very fun, and challenging match. Hello, Hon. I was going to suggest a spokeshave..this has adjustable blade like a plane, with two handles parallel to cutting edge. But then I saw post by ciscovt, & milling machine would be alot more accurate.

Hello, and thanks for reply Tim S. Jolly good stuff! I have never heard of these matches before. Queen Alexandria..Now there was a long suffering lady! It makes perfect sense too as this was the time when small bore target shooting began to take off. Thank you so much!

Hello, I have been using either a Dewey coated .17 rod (discontinued) or a .20 Dewey or Bore-Stix coated rod for rimfire cleaning. I usually only run 1 dry patch thru, then one wet with Hoppe's No.9, & patch dry. If I won't be shooting for season, I will run very light oiled patch thru. On the ....

BSA 15 question

Hello, I am new to this site, but it looks to be an enjoyable and informative one! I posted before on a lever being bent over to right on a BSA 15 for possibility of easier working. I guess I should tell you about the rifle. It was re-stocked by a real master..fancy English walnut in heavy prone sty...

BSA 15

Hello, I have a BSA 15 with a customized lever..it has been lengthened with a knod on end. The lever has been bent over to right..I am thinking former owner had this done to allow easier working of lever? Perhaps he had fat fingers or large hand? Has anyone ever seen a modification such as this on t...
