MGH1 pellet loading and book

Hi all, I have two questions. First is there anywhere on the web I can download the book for a Matchguns MGH1 air pistol. I bought a used one but the book was missing. Second, has anyone had trouble with pellets being crushed when loading. I was using DIABLO MATCH and found if I dropped one in gave ...

Use of Winchester Autocomp powder

Powder has been getting scarce around here and I have the opportunity to use Winchester Autocomp powder. Is it any good for .32 loads for centre fire? Is so anyone have any loads they have used successfully. Thanks.

Pardini SP1 RF hammer adjustment question

Is it possible to adjust something on a SP1 RF electronic so that you get a harder hit from the pin. I am getting one or two shots per box of differing ammo that hits but doesn't go off, so thought it might be a strike problem. A lot of older pistols had an adjustment screw to make the spring and ha...

Thanks for the info all. Took some out of the back and rounded the finger grips, shot with it today and shot a PB. So will keep at it as you say till it is right, well more to the left actually. Cheers

Morini 84e pointing to right

When in my correct stance and area of aim the front sight always points to the right. Seeing the morini free pistols do not have any screw ajustments for grip, is the only thing I can do to straighten is start cutting away and adding material to the grip to bring the hand more around. If there is ano...

strapping of arm for shooting

Could someone be able to tell me the rules for strapping of an arm for ISSF pistol shooting. I know the elbow is not to be supported but can you have strapping or an aid on the forearm for Tennis elbow for example.
Thanks.

Pardini SP1 electronic

I was having trouble over the weekend with the gun shooting off 2 or 3 shots then nothing. The next bullet would chamber properly but the trigger would not go off. Sometimes the whole 5 would fire no problem then happen again. I checked the screws inside the grip and all were tight, and also changed...

Reloading .32

Not sure if it makes a difference or not but if you lessen the weight of the projectile do you have to change the powder input as well, up or down? I was using 98 gr HBWC with 1.5 of powder, trying out 80gr HBWC. Thx.

Has anyone on Targettalk been to one of Russ's courses. I would just like to know in general out there have they had the results that Russ talks about. Lots of people offer great results but do not deliver. Just my scepticism, love to be proven this is all above board.

wax spray

Is there such a thing out there. I wish to spray a light coating of wax on my Swaged .32's. I find the liquid bulks up in the hollow base and not sure if this is a good thing when reloading your own.

But you also get situations which I had at this years State Titles where the gun was fine but the ammo, which was Eley Match, was playing up, actually had one where the projectile just fell out. So I think Malfunctions should be allowed unless it is definately the gun.

What are people's opinions on this pistol. I have been told the electronics are still to unrealiable compared to the mechanical. Those who have them how has yours been performing. Thanks.

Air rifles compressed air cylinder

Should it be done after each shoot is finished, to unscrew the cylinder and let out the excess from the rifle. Does it do any damage by just leaving it screwed in all the way till next shooting comp.

Thanks David and Spencer. I did the changes you suggested and after a few 4 second series today no misfires or clicks like before.
With your recoil set up is there a certain position you have your screw set for, like how many turns back from screwing in as far as it will go.
Thanks

Morini CM22 RF help needed

I find the gun will just click when the trigger is pulled every so often especially when shooting 4 seconds in Rapid. Its not a click where the hammer hits the bullet and doesn't go off, The hammer doesn't strike the bullet, just a slight click click noise each time you pull the trigger. Any Ideas a...

I see Kruger targets have a finals target where the 9.7 is another circle added to the original. These could be drawn in with a white pen using a circle template to the finals targets and makes it quite easy for hit and miss to be seen by callers/scorers.
