I shoot a 2013L in an old style alu stock. So when I built a center fire for F class I used a Kelbly Panda action, it has a flat bottom like the 2013 and was set up with a 5018 trigger same as the 2013. I'm very happy with the result, no changes in stock set up between the two calibers.

I use Knoblocks, take out my contact lense, and use a .25 or .5 diopter depending on the daylight. I highly recommend "Crizal" brand lense, they have NO reflection!

Hello D,
I think your on the right track. Make note of how much you change it so you can return to original setting.

Could it be that your grip is so light that the recoil momentarily causes finger contact to be broken?

If I'm not mistaken, Eric uses Junkers shooting glasses. These are made in Germany I believe. We buy them here in the States from Neal Stepp.

I use it on my 2007/500mm, attached to a Uptagrafft 12" tuner/tube=sight radius 37". My old eyes like the .5 diopter lens with the 2.9-4.9 iris for 100 yd. Mini Palma. I use a Warner in the rear w/Gehmann 510(.5-3.0) I also use a Knoblock shooting glass with .25 or .50 depending on the day...

fail to fire
Mine responded to new springs from J&P. You might also check the F.P. protrusion. Depending on shape, it should protrude .024-.026 at the edge. My original spring rubbed inside the bolt body, the new spring is free. I prefer not to move the trigger to increase the spring pressure/fall distance. ...

By moving the trigger to the rear, what are you accomplishing? Additional striker spring pressure, longer F.P. fall?
Thank you,

Repeatability
If I'm not mistaken, ultimate accuracy depends on repeatability; really good ammo, conditions(wind, temp, light) the gun obviously, and the biggest variable of all the human. No doubt the top shooters are very good at their game, but I still think they do not REPEAT as well as the equipment. I also ...

Do you know if Eric was shooting his new action? That would be great, a U.S. shooter using a U. S. produced rifle!

lefty
Thank you Tim for the info on FWB and Walther. I did say One of the FEW, I normally think of "few" to mean 3 or more. Sorry for making the impression that Bleiker was the only T.O.L. lefty available. It's tough being a lefty in a righty world.

In Competition at world level, do you see 1913L,(Anschutz no longer produces 2013L) not being familiar with FWB, Walther, do you see their top of the line, in lefty, at world comps? Don't get me wrong, I'm certainly not world level shooter!, but I would like the best equipment my $ can buy, AND that...

If you were him, on a sponsored team, the ammo in the box would be way differant than what I could get regardless of the box color/indication. Also, did anyone notice he is a lefty? Bleiker is one of the few offering the top of the line in true lefty. Only about $6700 at current exchange rate! (with...
