Pardini K12 dryfire->live
So I received a new K12 KID.. I can switch it to the dry-fire mode fine by turning the SS lever to S..
But as soon as I flip the lever back to F, gas is released even without corking! It's obviously not going to work in a match.. is the gun defective or am I doing something wrong?

Re: Hammerli AP20 Pro general impressions and grips
I am coaching adults up to 6 a time with my LP-10e compact (large grip) and LP-2c (small grip).. The LP-2c is 800g which is perfect for ladies.. many first time shooters can get all 10 shots on the target by the end of the first class. I placed an order for the AP20 Pro so I can run 3 lanes (my deal...

Re: Hammerli AP20 Pro general impressions and grips
I started shooting with the AP20 Pro and liked it more than the AP40 with the 5D grip . Full cylinder and wood grip. If you plan on lending it for lessons buy the regular model with the ambidextrous grip. The 'ambidextrous grip' is the universal right-left grip? https://carl-walther.com/sport/produ...

I don't know. I didn't attend last few years. AFAIK Ontario is usually the best option with all electronic equipments already setup.

Re: Ontario, Canada Training
You can contact me.. there are a few clubs in Toronto where you can shoot AP.. but be warned you simply will not be able to find a coach in Canada (unless you are already at national level). (my id at gmail). Toronto International Trap and Skeet Club above is where the nationals is usually held, the...

Re: First Awards at USA Shooting National Championships
It's not an olympics event.. There's probably no national team spot for it so no one wants to spend the time and money to shoot there, if they are not already shooting air or rapid. Sadly, free pistol will have the same fate. - M Greetings, I downloaded the Standard Pistol results. I only count 22 c...

Re: NEW SCATT MODEL???
SCATT folks, I have the original SCATT USB (Bought in 2010) with OS-02 sensor I believe (usb wired). However, the sensor seems to be getting lessor and lessor sensitive to my LP-10e electronic clicks. Setting sensitivity to 0.7% used to work quite reliably until recently, that I have to set it to 0....

Matsuda seems to be using the LP-2 trigger shoe on the LP-10E (that I am temped to try switching.).
Also, our host sells an after market one too..

Re: No regrets going with a full length Steyr Evo.
But my main reasons for wanting to change were two things: First of all, the full length model is QUIETER (quite noticeably so) than the compact version. Shooting side by side it's quite apparent. And the second and more important reason for my change was that the compact version gets less shots pe...

Re: steyr lp10 seals/regulator question
Buy a new cylinder. A cylinder is supposed to last only 10 years.. 20 is definitely pushing it. And new cylinder has a gauge built in.

Re: USA Shooting Statement on ISSF Changes
Problem is always funding. Pretty much all national sports organizations fund athletes according to Olympics events / potential medals at Olympics. And young athletes will spend their training time on event that matters to this funding.

Re: Pros/Cons of shooting Rifle pellets in Pistol?
Anyone tested H&N Excite Econ yet? It's Canadian $5 a can of 500 so it's like US$4 which is way cheaper than even RWS basic... I am going to order a few cans to try.

Re: Steyr EVO 10... Pfffft, but no pellet shot?
Unfortunately, guns are very prone to design-flaws. Electronic triggers are worse.. no one seems to want a Pardini with electronic trigger.. My LP-10E broke twice in the first year I got it with the dry-fire 'stop' just broke away, with Steyr replacing the main section twice until a new design is do...

Re: New Steyr EVO 10... HELP!!!
I have had other people's adaptor do that to my cylinders (may be it's a really old Steyr adaptor), but never had problem with my adaptor with my or other people's Steyr cylinders (long and compact).
