40,000 people died in car accident each year in the U.S.

Based on scientific study, people can avoid being hit when the car is moving at or below 10 miles per hour.

The congress just passed a law to limit the top speed of the new car to 10mph to reduce the death rate.

Just kidding!

I have both the LP5 and DU-10. DU-10 is a fun gun to have. It is good for backyard plinking and inline loading give me a nice feeling of a true pistol. It is a very simple gun without many moving parts. The LP5 has a much better trigger, but a bit more difficult to load. You will get better score wi...

I downloaded it successfully. It is called capg2004g.rm.ram. You have to locate the file on your hard disk and it plays in RealOne player. It doesn't work with the Windows Media Player. You can see the competition is held inside the Hotel ballroom! I wonder what the hotel insurance premium is. I'd l...

Quote from the article: "The subjects produced the smallest errors when their dot-leading times just before the change were about average for the whole group. In other words, the average lead was the best one for following erratic motions." My question: What is the 'average lead' ? Let's a...

About three months ago, I met with Ian and purchased the LP10 left hand grip from him. I still remember him demonstrating the hold and saying that the gun should go to the same place everytime. With his encouragement, I joined the usashooting.org and started shooting. I was hoping to see him again i...

Focus on Behavior, Not Outcome

I totally agree with the 'Focus on Behavoir, Not Outcome' principle. I have been shooting for three months now. I learned so much from this forum, and there are tons of information from the pilkguns. I have heard about the plateau phenomenon and I have been trying to find out where my plateau is. To...

Click for what purpose

I'd assume that the click has been well adjusted before the match starts, and the rear plate shouldn't be moving at all. Is this mostly for the mental thing? Do Olympic shooters adjust the click in the middle of the competition?

Score 544 after 3 months.

I attended my first PTO match last Saturday in San Mateo, CA., and I was very surprised to get 530 which was my best score at home so far. During the match, I took 80 minutes to shoot and was really focused on every shot. I usually took 30 to 40 minutes to do 60 shots at home. After the match, somet...

Score 530 after two months.

I got the LP10 two months ago, and have been practicing about 100 shots a day in my garage. I was quite happy to hit 530 on Saturday and 529 on Sunday. It took me 40 minutes for each 60 shots including the target changing time. 10 shots per target sheet. I got too excited and shot about 400 rounds o...

10m Air Pistol Target Height

I am wondering what is the height of the 10m air pistol target, from the center of the 10 ring to the ground. Is there also a lighting standard on the target surface? Any comment will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
