Hi, No Problem. Yes, the walls on my FWB 100 are not polished smooth. I suspect the non smooth finish retains some of the grease and this along with the piston seal is what allows it to retain the good seal over thousands of operations. It is as has been already stated the piston buffer, it needs replacing. I would also replace the seal and the small plastic button below it as well. I suspect if the 100 is only doing 400 fps it needs either new seals fitting or the pump piston needs lubricating with Feinwerkbau special grease ...

That was with 7gn Geco's but the 7gn R10 Match are very similar maybe only 10 fps slower.

The pump dumps air on the next charging stroke, there is so much in reserve.

The Feinwerkbau 90 is probably as near to the 65 as you can get and have dry fire. It has an electronic trigger system. You get the solenoid click on pulling the trigger without the need to cock the action.

Is the plastic spacer that fits under the action in the grip missing? If so this will create the problem you are having.

It is normally fitted on the LP10 and removed to fit the LP50 action.
