It sounds similar to a detailers clay one would get from an auto parts supply store.

Metal polish will put a shine on the metal, which you may or may not want.

They have a long history of making junk.

Their airpistols are probably the best things they've ever made, but by the opinions of those who own them I wouldn't consider one based on their quality history.

Good luck to Mr. Khaidurov. His website has been parked with nothing on it for years. I hope he makes it. I hope it's imported to USA. I hope the price is reasonable. If it is, I'll buy one. European guns have been out of my price range for a long time. I can't afford to buy more AW93 magazines at $...

Gun pointing downrange for reference. The large spring goes over the drift pin from the right, so that it's captured by the sight frame and the right side of the sight. The two screws go into the holes in the sight frame and the ball bearings go over the screws. When the sight is put together with t...

Just checked my factory Rinks (the one in the picture looks like a custom job) and all of them are pretty much horizontal in the part above the hand. So don't start any rumours. The first picture is a modified Morini. The second is an un-modified non-custom Aw93 grip from Rink. Look at the images o...

The griffachse does correspond to the lines of lamination. Most Rink grips that I have seen, have this downward curve of the grip, therefore I assume that most Rink grips are in fact illegal by the standards of the rules. Unless I am mistaken (which I very well may be), years ago the rules had the c...

Grip mod rules question
Is this grip mod to the top of the grip legal? http://i155.photobucket.com/albums/s283/octopus8/DSCF2525.jpg 8.16.0 says "The grip must not encircle the hand. Curved surfaces on the grips or frame, including the heel and/or thumb rest, in the longitudinal direction of the pistol are permitted.&...

Take a picture of how it goes back together and where the parts belong. Be careful so as to not scratch the sight mount area with the drift pin punch. There are some springs and ball bearings that can be confusing when putting it back together. Here's the essential part of Don Nygord's instructions ...

My guess on Feinwerkbau's trigger is they will just shorten the trigger bar notch (part #27), so that the first stage travel can be adjusted away. The first stage spring maybe would need to be made longer. That way, the trigger can be adjusted as one or two stage. http://www.pilkguns.com/tenp/DSC044...
