COLT 1911 "GILES" REAR SIGHT
Hello Chris According to Giles son: Giles made 200 guns a year for 30 years that makes 6000 Giles custom guns made. Yes, it's hard to believe but this is from his biography that his son wrote. So there must be one (rear sight) out there for me. Thinking positive. I attempted to post the biography bu...

COLT 1911 "GILES" Rear Sight *****************
Hello I am interested in a Colt 1911 John Giles rear dovetail sight. It was refereed to at times as the "Wagon Wheel" rear sight. He was a renown gunsmith in the 60ies thru the 80ies. who made his own sights and full ribs. Bo-mar copied his full length rib. If anyone has one for sale, or i...

NEED HELP WITH A "LARRY'S GUNS" HAMMERLI 208S SCOP
Hello I have put a "Larry's Guns" scope mount on my Hammerli 208s about 6 -7 times and once the scope mount is slid into place, there is no way to tighten or secure it. I believe there should be something to tighten in order to expand the interior dove tail (of the scope mount) to press ag...

IS A SIG P240 38 SPL. WC WORTH THE WORK
I was going to buy a SIG P240 38 SPL.WC, but after doing a lot of research I am at the point I'm not sure it's worth the work. Reasons: 1. 0.358 HBWC did cause many barrels to bulge and still will unless you use a 0.356 - 0.357 HBWC bullets. I can only find european HBWC's that size and are at least...

WHERE TO BUT O.355 HBWC LEAD HAMMERLI 240 WC
I have a Hammerli P240 38 SPL. WC. I would like to buy 0.355 HBWC lead bullets for reloading. As you probably already know the standard HBWC is 0.358, a little too tight for the Hammerli Barrel. I do not want to bulge the barrel. Any help in finding out where to purchase these heads would be greatly...

Difference between Hammerli 208 & international
Hello
I am puzzled, I thought that the Hammerli 208 is the Hammerli International, one in the same.
I was reading where it was stated they are completely different.
Can someone please HELP and clarify this for me.
Thank You in Advance.

FWB 65 or FWB 80* WHATS YOUR CHOICE*
Hi
A friend of mine asked me to post this for him.
He has a choice to buy a FWB 65 or a FWB 80 (both in excellent shape) he is wondering which is the better air gun.
All opinions would be appreciated. Thanks
