SK standard plus is not what it used to be. I actually used to use it as match ammo as a junior shooter, and it shot great in my gun, I shot my first 1600 in NRA prone with it. That was about 7 or 8 years ago. I just bought a case for practice ammo for the WVU Rifle team, and this batch is horrible....

I don't know of anyone in the US that carries them, I could be wrong. But you can order them from edinkillie.co.uk/. I have ordered from them before, but they are pretty expensive and shipping is not cheap.

I have taken them apart to clean the lenses before, but I don't know where you would get parts if you had a stripped gear or something, which is what it sounds like...

Myself and another member on the WVU Rifle team are about to rebarrel our anschutz 20 series actions. This will be my third barrel in this action. I had a factory barrel to start out with that was terrible, and then I dropped a lilja drop-in into it, and the chamber blew out after about 25,000 round...
